Vince Whelan is founder and Managing Director of Whelan Global
Associates LLC. He has over 30 years of hands on global experience in
the design, implementation and management of compensation and
benefits plans, staffing initiatives, selection and placement of key
personnel, international and local company regulations, expatriate
mobilization and policies, human resources processes and
administration, organizational effectiveness and strategic human
resources planning in over 25 countries. Prior to establishing WGA,
Vince was a senior human resources executive for a number of
multinational companies including Halliburton, BJ Services, Great Lakes
Chemical, PowerWell Services, Nowsco Well Services, EGL Freight and
Western Company of North America. His experience encompasses a
variety of industries including oilfield services, manufacturing and
transportation. Vince has an MA in organizational management from the
University of Phoenix, a BBA in management from the University of North
Texas and is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
